To
schedule AV for an event:
1.
Schedule a room using Centralized Room Scheduling, Link Here!
2.
Wait for a confirmation email from Room Scheduling.
3.
Once you’ve received a room reservation confirmation, schedule AV equipment
through PRESENTATIONservices using our Online AV Request Form, Link Here!
4.
We will send you a confirmation email once you have been scheduled for AV.
